The same question comes back after every sign-up. Everyone answers it. You wonder why it keeps coming back.

That's the starting point: seeing a problem others work around, and wanting to understand it.

This section is about what makes that possible: asking the naive question straight away, saying "I don't know", changing your mind fast, defending an idea without defending your ego.

They're habits, and you can train them.

**To start:** ask today the question you've been keeping to yourself for a week.

**To go further:** go back to the last opinion you held on to for too long. What would have changed your mind sooner?

**If you're growing a team:** how you react to the first piece of bad news sets the rule for every one after it. The ⇄ cards cover this.
