# Delivery

Until someone uses it, you know nothing.

You rework the page that explains how to pay for an order. Before putting it live, you have a customer who has never seen it read it, and ask how they'd pay. They hesitate on one step. You fix it. Over the next orders, you'll see whether questions to support drop.

Delivering means putting your work in the hands of the people it's for: a tool, a procedure, an offer, a document, a service. That's where you learn what your plan didn't tell you.

This section is about pace: ship early without cutting corners, don't over-polish before you get feedback, don't mistake a signed-off document for a right answer.

**To start:** find the smallest useful version of what you're working on, and put it in front of a real person this week.

**To go further:** before you ship, write down what you want to learn. Afterwards, check whether you learned it.

**If you're growing a team:** your delivery rhythm is a decision you made. The ⇄ cards cover this.

**A sign it's working:** each delivery teaches you something you can name, including when the answer is to stop.

**Next:** ownership, to follow what happens once the work is out.
