How the team grows
One cycle: test, work on a step, test again.
The step holding it back
The test shows the capability slowing the team down, with the book's cards to work on it. Its strengths stay visible: they are what it leans on.
A session around one card
Thirty minutes with the workshop guide: a real situation, one card, and the team leaves with a trial, an owner and a date.
The next test
Each test adds a point. The team is compared with itself: what moved since the trial, what still stalls.
Totals, not people
Everything reads at team level. Nobody sees anyone else's results, and nobody is ranked. So everyone can answer for what they really do. Totals appear once three members have taken the test.
Who sees what
Three roles, nothing more.

Their own results and history, plus the totals of their team and their company. Never another person's results.
Team lead
Their team's totals and progress, its strengths, the capability holding it back and the cards to work on it. Never a member's own results.
