What you are asking for
You invite objections before a decision. Few people answer.
What the system hears
“Why object, if the decision is already made?”
What that produces
Everyone sees what happens to the last objection. If it was brushed aside, or its author paid for it later, the silence that follows is a conclusion: objecting is pointless.
You can keep the last word. But show what was examined, why the decision holds, or why it changes. An objection with no answer is an objection refused.
An immediate, long answer from the person in charge closes the examination. Say it back, check it, come back in writing. And accept written objections: not everyone wants to contradict in front of the group.
A good-faith objection must never resurface in an appraisal. If it has happened once, you will not hear another.
The decision
→ Before you make the call, say what is still open and how to answer, out loud or in writing.
→ Answer every objection, even when the decision does not change.
→ A month later, ask whether any information was missing.
To discuss
Do the people concerned know the answer to the last objection?
