What you are asking for
You want more users. The schedule only covers building: nothing for explaining, supporting or listening.
What the system hears
“We’ll do distribution in the evenings, on top.”
What that produces
If the schedule only funds features, you get features. Distribution then happens on someone’s spare time, or not at all.
Distributing is work: demonstrating, answering questions, checking access, helping with the first use, writing, talking to partners. It takes time and skills, like building.
Put that work in the review next to the deliveries: the people reached, the first uses, what was learned. Whatever does not show up in the review does not exist for the team.
A channel that gives nothing after a serious attempt gets stopped. Say why, and try the next one.
The decision
→ Choose a use goal, a channel and an owner. Give them time planned in the schedule.
→ Say what that time replaces.
→ After a month, look at the people reached, the first uses and the cost. Carry on, change, or stop.
To discuss
Which building work would we take off the schedule to fund a month of distribution?
