The reflex
You have learned to work with particular constraints: an unstable network, a tight budget, mobile payments, customers who come through messaging. You think nobody would be interested.
The builder’s reflex
Write it down. What you know how to do here, nobody has written, and others need it.
Why
The books and articles in your trade mostly come from elsewhere, written under other conditions. What you have learned to make work here, with these constraints, is missing almost everywhere. It is the reference the next people are looking for.
A team adapts its support procedure for when the connection is intermittent: what has to stay available, how to hand over, what still does not work. Published, that page helps other teams in the same situation, here and in other countries.
An adaptation, a local example, a limit you observed in a known method: that is a contribution. Cite what helped you, and say what your context changes.
Describe the concrete conditions. “Connection drops several times a day” helps the reader judge whether your experience applies to them. “It’s different here” does not.
Try this
Pick a difficulty you learned to solve in your context. Spend twenty minutes looking for what already exists.
Write what your experience confirms, qualifies or adds: the context, the choices, what worked, the limits. Publish it.
